Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped within 5 business days upon receipt of payment by Crystal Robinson Jewelers.  The only exception will be during business closure which will be posted on website during such times. 

All items will be insured according to the total cost of item(s).  Insurance will be calculated into shipping charges at the time of check out.

Shipping charges will vary according to the final destination and preferred shipping method chosen by customer.

Delivery times are strictly the responsibility of the customer's chosen method of delivery.  Crystal Robinson Jewelers cannot guarantee delivery times especially near major holidays.
